All packages are sent out via my local postal service, Singpost via Registered Mail which comes with tracking. Within 7 days of your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number which you can use to track your parcel here.
I am not liable for lost packages once I have handed them over to the post office. If you have not received your package after a few weeks, please refer to the tracking no. and contact your local post office to lodge a missing item report. Do drop me an e-mail as well to notify me so that I can look out for returned packages.
Notice for UK Customers:
Shipping to the UK has been disabled on my site due to VAT. If you wish to purchase my products, it is mandatory to contact me via DM for a custom Etsy listing.
Notice for EU (excl. UK) Customers:
You may place an order on my site directly, HOWEVER by placing an order on my site, please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs. If you would like to avoid unexpected fees, do contact me via DM for a custom Etsy listing where you will be required to pay these additional fees upfront instead.
About Etsy Listings:
An Etsy listing will see roughly a 8-10% increase in price due to Etsy fees in addition to the VAT fees required.
You may contact me anytime regarding a custom listing HOWEVER I will be unable to create the listing for you immediately after a shop update as I have to prioritise website orders. Do give me up to 2 hours after a shop update to respond to your request.
